El par\u00e1metro DG036 se implementa mediante t\u00e9cnicas de procesado autom\u00e1tico de imagen para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de puntos o p\u00edxeles muertos y los gradientes de luminancia tanto lineales como radiales. Estas medidas se han implementado en un m\u00f3dulo de ImageJ gratuito que est\u00e1 disponible para la comunidad cient\u00edfica gracias al proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n del Consejo de Seguridad Nuclear CSN-2012_BUENOGARCIA. El estudio e informaci\u00f3n del plugin se ha publicado en el 42 Congreso Conjunto de la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de F\u00edsica M\u00e9dica (SEFM) y la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Protecci\u00f3n Radiol\u00f3gica (SEPR), Valencia, del 23 al 26 de junio de 2015.<br \/>\n<a class=\"btw btn-grey btn-sm\" href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/bqFUL1\" target=\"_blank\">Download<\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>RADIODIAGNOSTICO: <a href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/bqFUL1\" target=\"_blank\">Quality Metrics UQI &#8211; Plugin ImageJ<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Este c\u00f3digo corresponde a un plugin de ImageJ de la m\u00e9trica perceptual de calidad de im\u00e1genes llamada UQI (Universal Quality Index). Esta m\u00e9trica se ha evaluado para radiodiagn\u00f3stico comparando sus resultados con las evaluaciones psicof\u00edsicas arrojadas por expertos sobre una base de datos de im\u00e1genes de maniqu\u00edes de calibraci\u00f3n CDRAD y CDMAM. Una ventaja de esta m\u00e9trica es que no requieren de un conocimiento a priori de la imagen de CDRAD. Son por tanto generales y podr\u00edan agilizar la calibraci\u00f3n de equipos mediante dichos maniqu\u00edes. Al no necesitar de un conocimiento a priori del maniqu\u00ed adem\u00e1s permite que puedan ser robustas ante fallos de registro. Estas medidas se han implementado en un m\u00f3dulo de ImageJ gratuito que est\u00e1 disponible para la comunidad cient\u00edfica gracias al proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n del Consejo de Seguridad Nuclear CSN-2012_BUENOGARCIA. Works for DICOM images.<br \/>\n<a class=\"btw btn-grey btn-sm\" href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/bqFUL1\" target=\"_blank\">Download<\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/bqFUL1\" target=\"_blank\"> ANGIOPATH <\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Given that angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis are strongly related to prognosis in neoplastic and other pathologies, and that some existing methods for their study provide different results, we have developed a morphometric tool to allow complete and accurate quantification and measurement of different aspects of the shape and size of blood and lymphatic vessels. The method is fast and accurate, improving existing tools for angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis analysis. The tool also improves the accuracy of vascular density measurements, since unconnected endothelial parts are joined and considered as a single object forming a vessel.<br \/>\n<a class=\"btw btn-grey btn-sm\" href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/bqFUL1\" target=\"_blank\">Download<\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/bqFUL1\" target=\"_blank\">DICOM-OpenCV<\/a>\u00a0CONVERTER<\/h3>\n<p>This tool is able to open and manipulate images in DICOM format by means of the DCMTK and OpenCV libraries.<br \/>\n<a class=\"btw btn-grey btn-sm\" href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/bqFUL1\" target=\"_blank\">Download<\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/bqFUL1\" target=\"_blank\">Mammogram Tool<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>MamoCAD is a computer aided detection (CADx) system based on mammograms. This application helps in breast cancer detection by means lesion enhancement algorithms. MamoCAD has been designed to be integrated in a complete breast cancer working environment. For that purpose, the tool covers each and every process from the TMA core image acquisition to their individual classification. The classification process is based on texture properties and allows performing the core classification selecting different types of color models, texture descriptors and classifiers.
